Gratuities:

      Gratuities are not included in services provided or gift certificate purchases.  Gratuities are always appreciated and we thank you for your thoughtfulness.  All tipping must be done in cash or check made out to your service provider.  Envelopes are provided for your convenience at the reception desk.  Please indicate on the envelope who the tip is for and who is it from and we will forward it your provider.

Spa Etiquette:

     Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment if you are a first time client.  All massage & aesthetic appointments must be guaranteed with a credit card and cancelled 24 hours in advance.  A full service cost will be charged to that credit card in case of a no show.
